Shannon Claxton, a combat veteran, founded Mocha Yoga to bring mindful movement and wellness education to clients across Fairburn, Union City, and Palmetto, GA. Rather than operating out of a single studio, Mocha Yoga travels to wherever clients gather, including parks, offices, homes, and rooftops. Classes cover private and group yoga, meditation, and assisted stretch sessions designed to ease stress and build a stronger mind-body connection. In addition, Mocha Yoga serves individuals, corporate teams, and fellow veterans, tailoring each session to the group’s goals and experience level.
