How Payhip Works
Create a store, connect a supported payment gateway, add your products, and set your prices. Share your storefront with potential buyers and manage sales through Payhip. You are responsible for creating your products, finding customers, and supporting them.
- Cost to join: Free Forever is $0 per month with a 5% Payhip transaction fee.
- Fees: Plus is $29 per month with a 2% platform fee; Pro is $99 per month with no Payhip transaction fee. Payment-processing fees still apply.
- How you get paid: Through your connected payment provider. Payout schedules, verification, and availability depend on that provider.
- Where you can sell from: U.S. sellers can use supported providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square. International seller eligibility depends on payment-gateway support for your country. In Payhip, check Account Settings → Payment Details and select your country.
- What you do: Sell your own downloads, courses, memberships, coaching, or physical products.
- Best for: Creators who want a storefront with no monthly charge on the entry plan.
- Why it stands out: Several product types and a store builder in one platform, with all features included on every plan.
Before You Start
Start with one useful product and compare platform and processing fees against your selling price. A storefront does not guarantee buyers or income. Check your payment provider’s country requirements before building your shop.
