Looking for things to do with kids in South Fulton?? These local businesses run classes, play sessions, parties, and events made just for little ones. As a mom of a toddler, I am always hunting for new ways to keep my son busy and happy. So I put together a list of kid friendly spots I’ve come across that your child might LOVE. The first group below are paid activities, and free library events come right after.
Also, this list isn’t finished. I am always open to adding more, so if you know a kid friendly business I missed, send it my way.
The Play Pad (Fairburn)
The Play Pad is an indoor playground and activity center on Springbox Drive in Fairburn. It offers open play, birthday parties, camps, and special events. Plus, there’s a lot planned just for young children. Toddler Tuesday is set aside for little ones 3 and under. On top of that, they host sensory and craft classes, Parents Night Out, and seasonal camps. So check their site for the latest schedule before you go.

Swing Atlanta (Fairburn)
Swing Atlanta is an outdoor mini golf spot on Senoia Road in Fairburn. The 18-hole course takes about an hour, which is just right for little attention spans. Kids ages 4 to 12 play for $10, and kids 3 and under get in free with a paid adult. Also, food trucks set up on site most days. When no vendors are there, you can bring your own food.
Before you leave, have your kids sign the Winners Wall and snap a few pics in front of the bright murals!! Parents can grab the $30 Swing and Fling combo, which pairs mini golf with axe throwing. You can also book birthday parties, and groups of 10 or more get 10% off. Just know Swing Atlanta is cashless, so bring a card or have Apple Pay or Cash App ready.

For little ones ages 4 to 6, Mini Pearls offers stories and creative activities to build a love of reading, and it’s free.
Also coming up is Middle School Unlocked with Raegan K. Washington on Saturday, October 17. Middle schoolers and their parents work through academics, friendships, and the social side of those years together. You can pick the 11 AM or 4 PM session, and it costs $20 per participant.

Final Thoughts
There are so many things to do with kids in South Fulton, and a lot of them fly under the radar. Some spots are paid, but the library events cost nothing at all. So you can mix and match based on your budget and your kid’s interests. Also, I’ll keep adding to this list as I find more spots. If you own a kid friendly business or know one I should add, submit it to the directory!!
