About

Goodr Community Market on Edgewood is a Black woman-owned community grocery store and deli located at 381 Edgewood Ave SE in Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn District. Jasmine Crowe-Houston founded the store to bring affordable groceries back to a neighborhood that had gone without a full grocery option for years. The market sells fresh produce and pantry staples at accessible prices, and Little Loaf Deli serves $5 deli meals on site. In addition, SNAP users receive 2-for-1 pricing on select products, which helps stretch limited grocery budgets further. As a result, the store also provides free monthly groceries to roughly 200 families in Atlanta’s District 5. The market opened in July 2025 and has quickly become a neighborhood fixture. Meanwhile, its combination of retail groceries, prepared food, and direct community giving sets it apart from a typical corner store.
