What Is the Snoo?
The Snoo Smart Sleeper is a bassinet designed by Dr. Harvey Karp, the author of Happiest Baby on the Block. It uses built in motion and sound to automatically soothe your baby when they stir or cry. It also keeps babies safely swaddled on their back the entire time, which gives exhausted parents some serious peace of mind.
My Honest Experience
When my son was born I relied on the Snoo heavily during those first six months. The gentle rocking and white noise helped him settle faster and gave me longer stretches of sleep during those exhausting newborn nights. As a new mom running on zero sleep, those extra hours felt like a lifeline.
One of my favorite memories is waking up in the morning, going to get him, and watching those adorable little stretches when I took his arms out of the swaddle. Two years later that memory still makes me smile.
Is the Snoo Worth the Price?
