Costume notes that help

  • Check the label for flame resistant.
  • Face paint over full masks that block side vision.

Set it up in 2 minutes

  1. Put two strips of reflective tape on the front and two on the back of the coat. Add a strip on the bag.
  2. Clip one LED high (hood/shoulder) and one low (bag hem).
  3. Add an LED slap band over a sleeve.
  4. Hand the mini torch to the oldest kid; keep a spare in your pocket.
  5. Walk with younger kids; phones down at crossings.
